A proper remove-and-reseal, not a bead of sealant over the top, with the roof checked while the rooflight is out.

With the rooflight out, we check the roof around the opening.

Any water damage found is repaired before we refit, with the price agreed first.

How much does a rooflight reseal cost?

From £220 per rooflight. The final price depends on the size, make and model, and we always confirm it before we start.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size, make and model of the rooflight. We will tell you when we quote.

Should I reseal or replace my rooflight?

If it is cracked, broken or has gone brittle with age, we recommend replacing it, and we supply and fit new ones. If it is sound, a proper reseal is usually all it needs. We will always give you honest advice.

Which rooflights do you work on?

Most makes, including Dometic and Seitz Heki, Midi Heki and Mini Heki, Fiamma, MPK, Remis and the standard rooflights fitted to most caravans and motorhomes.

Will it stop my leak?

If water is getting in around the rooflight, removing and resealing it properly stops it at the source. We also check the roof around it for damp and tell you about any damage.

Do you offer oversealing?

Yes. Our complete oversealing package protects your existing sealant and keeps water out, without removing windows, panels or fittings, so it costs far less than a full reseal. More about oversealing.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 6 months from the date the work is completed, and parts carry their manufacturer’s warranty.
