02  —  How it works

From fault to fixed

01

Tell us what is wrong

Message us with your motorhome’s make, model and year, and what it is or is not doing. A photo or short video of the fault helps.

02

We come and find the fault

Our mobile workshop comes to your home or storage site. We diagnose the problem properly before any parts are ordered.

03

You get a price first

We explain what we found and what it will cost to put right. Nothing is repaired without your go-ahead.

04

Fixed and tested

Many repairs are done on the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we come back to fit it, then test it in front of you.

03  —  Why repair with us

Four things we do differently

1

We come to you

No need to move a motorhome that is not working properly. We repair it where it is kept.

2

The fault is found first

We test and diagnose before fitting anything, so you are not paying for parts that were never the problem.

3

The right parts

Genuine parts for the appliances most motorhomes are built with, including Truma, Dometic and Thetford.

4

Tested before we leave

Every repair is run and checked in front of you, and gas work is left tested and safe to use.

04  —  Where we work

Your motorhome is repaired where it is kept, whether at home or in storage. No towing or driving it to a workshop.

What our customers say

Kevan Ward6 months ago

Luke has recently completed a habitation service on our motorhome - fortunately he could fit us in at short notice. He is very knowledgeable, his work is very thorough and he provides a clear explanation of the work he does and the costs. During the service he spotted some issues with work that we had done a while ago - he suggested how these could be put right and we’ve booked him in to do this. We will definitely use Luke again and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Luke of Dorset Motorhomes recently did a Habitation check on my campervan, it was good to have it done at my premises and he answered a lot of my questions as I had recently gone from a VW to a bigger campervan. Definitely recommend as very efficient and friendly.
